Terms of Service

BallSense provides AI-generated football match predictions and related statistics. Predictions are produced from third-party data and machine learning models, and are offered on an "as is" basis without any guarantee of accuracy.

Free — no payment required. You get up to 3 predictions per day and can view win/draw/loss probabilities for all competitions.

Pro (£7/month) — unlimited predictions plus the full breakdown: AI reasoning, predicted scorelines, injury & lineup analysis, the five betting angles, and the accuracy dashboard. Pro is billed monthly until cancelled.

Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe and billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Because Pro is a digital service delivered immediately, monthly fees are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, contact us and we'll make it right.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass rate limits or payment, or violate these terms. If we terminate an active Pro subscription without cause, we'll refund the unused portion of the current billing period.

Predictions are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute betting, gambling, investment, or financial advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and for complying with the gambling and betting laws that apply where you live. If you choose to gamble, please do so responsibly. BallSense is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on its predictions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
